People ask me what I do, I say I’m a photographer ( I know debatable)

When they hear that, they say ” Oh, I’ll have you shoot my next family portraits.”

To which I always reply, “I DON’T shoot portraits”

I don’t, don’t want to, don’t know how, don’t care.

But anyway, to the story.

So I needed a model for a new project I’m working on. Just needed some stock shots.

So it’s low budget, I can’t afford an agency model.

So I hire my friend’s daughter for the day. No experience but lots of desire.

I said after we finished the stock shots we would shoot some portraits.

Okey Dokey…

So how was I able to do portraits? My 4 best friends are the best people shooters in the country. And I learned from them especially my bestest friend.

Sometimes, the only thing you have left…is a wish

Beautiful sunny day so I headed for the beach…but the May Gray beat me there.
